Booking Policy - Cosmopolitan Hotel St Kilda

• Cancellations: A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the fully booked stay is charged at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night accommodation costs. During High Season or Special Events bookings must be fully prepaid and cancellation within 1 month of arrival will incur fee equal to the cost of the minimum stay requirement.
